All decisions by Longsword are final.

If you win a physical prize (e.g., trading cards):

• You may be required to provide accurate shipping information
• You are responsible for ensuring your address is correct
• We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect information

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Prizes are:

• Non-transferable
• Not redeemable for cash

We do not guarantee market value of any card or collectible awarded.

• Not lotteries
• Not financial products
• Not investment offerings

Participation does not create any ownership interest, token entitlement, or financial claim against Longsword.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes
• Use bots, scripts, or automation
• Attempt to hack or exploit the platform
• Provide false information
• Engage in abusive or illegal behavior

Violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of prizes.

All content, branding, logos, and materials on the platform are owned by Longsword or licensed appropriately.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform materials without written permission.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Prize availability
• Security against all possible breaches

Use the platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longsword shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Shipping issues beyond our control
• Fluctuations in collectible market value

Total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the value of the prize awarded, whichever is lower.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
